for Home Study and Adoption Services
America World Adoption is licensed and Hague-accredited to provide international adoption services to families in all 50 states. America World is also licensed to provide home study services and post-adoption services in 17 states, including our corporate office in Virginia. We are privileged to have more than 40 America World caseworkers across the country serving families.
Each of our affiliate offices is fully licensed in its respective state to provide adoption home study services and other adoption services to adoptive families. Most of our affiliate offices can also provide adoption services to families adopting through different agencies.

Prospective adoptive parents are screened for America World's pre-eligibility requirements prior to receiving services from our affiliate offices. Age, marital status, health, previous criminal arrests, and income are some of the factors evaluated in determining eligibility. In line with our status as a non-profit organization with a religious classification, America World requires at least one parent to affirm a Bible-based Statement of Faith. Once families are eligible to receive adoption services, America World Adoption will conduct services and provide documentation as needed for a family's adoption process, in accordance with their State requirements, USCIS, and country requirements for international adoptions (or state's requirements for domestic adoptions).
