Our staff realizes that our work would not be possible outside of the will and power of our Lord. The intricacies of each adoption story to the ever-changing landscape of international adoption lay in His hands.

“The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”   - Deuteronomy 31:8

We need your prayers.

21 Days of Prayer & Fasting - October 11-21, 2018

Three weeks of consistent behavior change can get you on your way to forming a new habit. That’s why we’ve created an annual 21-Days of Prayer & Fasting: to help our staff, adoptive families and partners to engage in lifting up orphans, adoptions, and adoptive families.

For these 21 days, we want to focus on prayer as a family. You can fast a single meal, a whole day, or three days or more. The length, timing, and type of your fast are not important. The purpose will be to strengthen your focus on God, drawing you closer to Him.

This year, our friend Cheri Strange has prepared a 21-one day devotional about understanding the heart of God and His use of people like you to remedy hopeless situations.

Cheri is a Christian author, speaker and America World adoptive mom. God has incredibly led her and her husband to adopt 6 children. Cheri holds a Ph.D. from Baylor University and two degrees from Hardin Simmons University. She has been married for more than 20 years to
Chad; and is the mother of eight children (2 biological, 6 adopted). The Strange family resides in Central Texas with their four dogs and two cats. When Cheri is not writing, teaching or speaking, or playing with the kids, she loves to run and ride roller coasters.

You can download the YouVersion app and search for Cheri’s devotional at or download it from your app store.

In addition to the devotional, we have 21 prayer requests that we would love you to lift up for us on each of the 21 days.
