Xavier needs a loving, forever family.
Xavier is a sweet, shy, affectionate little boy. His caretakers describe him as especially smart and polite, always greeting his nannies and sharing with the other children. He enjoys playing games and loves to be cuddled. Xavier has been diagnosed with mild hydrocephalus, causing his motor development to be slightly delayed while his language development is reported to be well advanced compared to his peers.
A Loving Ambassador team recently got to meet and spend time with Xavier in September 2019, and they described him as being gentle and somewhat shy, but friendly and easy-going. They observed that he appeared healthy with no mobility issues, though he needed some assistance going up and down stairs. He has formed friendships with the other children and was observed to be helping the others express their needs. The doctor who examined Xavier noted that he is active and playful, moving his extremities well, and no medical concerns were noted. Please help us find a family to love and cuddle this precious little boy!
