China Waiting Child: “Esther”

Today we would like to introduce you to one of the little girls we are currently advocating for in the China Waiting Child program.

Meet Esther!

She is 2 years, 9 months old and is described as quiet, but enjoys interacting with her caretaker and other children once she gets to know them. Her speech is delayed, but she is able to communicate in other ways such as simple sounds and the use of body language and motions.

She enjoys listening to music and playing with colorful toys. Esther has been diagnosed with Down syndrome and would benefit greatly from the love, care, and support of a family.

Please take a few minutes to consider how God would have you be a part of helping this precious child, whether that is through praying, advocating, or inquiring to learn more.
