USCIs Requests All HS Updates and Addendums

The consulate in China is requesting that USCIS receives all home study (HS) updates and addendums that are documenting a change during a family’s adoption process.  Changes include  moving homes, health changes, job changes or changing the approval of your home study from healthy to special needs or extending the age approval. Therefore families who have submitted a dossier to China and have not yet traveled should mail all HS updates and addendums that reflect changes, to their USCIS office. Families can consult their USCIS approval paperwork to determine the address of their USCIS office. Families with questions on this announcement can contact their Family Coordinator.
