USCIS Announcement for I-800A Families Applying or Renewing

First Time Applicants:
Families must file their 800A application and applicable documents with the USCIS Dallas Lockbox Facility at one of the following addresses:

Applicants Renewing the I-800A application:
Families renewing their I-800A form must still submit their application for renewal (Supplement 3 form or 800A form) to the address listed above, regardless of where the original I-800A form was filed.
