Urgent: Zoe Needs a Family Soon!

If Zoe looks familiar we have advocated for her awhile ago, but we need to return her file to China next Tuesday, March 24, 2015.  We would love to see her matched with a family before then.  Could you help her by sharing her information with as many as possible, and praying that she will find a family quickly?

Zoe is clever & active. She has a ready smile and is described as a quiet girl. Her needs include developmental delays (mental & growth) & mild enlargement of bilateral lateral brain ventricle.

She is designated as Special Focus by the CCCWA. A family at any stage of the process is eligible to review her file.
