Update on Submitting Immigration Approvals

When applying to update the I-171H/I-797C, families must also submit their home study update.  Families are NOT permitted to submit a request to update the I-171H/I-797C separate from their home study update.  All documents must be submitted at the same time.  This is the case for families using the I-600A or I-800A application.

Beginning September 25, 2008, families will no longer submit I-800A applications to their local USCIS office.  Instead, families must submit an I-800A and accompanying documents to the following location:
