America World had one family return from Ukraine this week after not receiving an acceptable referral, who will wait for a second appointment at the SDA. Another family returned home with their son after completing their adoption.
America World continues to monitor the situation in Ukraine. At this time, it appears that there will be a limited number of dossiers submitted to Ukraine, as the quota for 2008 is almost met.
