Travel & New Program

I am traveling to Ethiopia this coming week to meet with some of our agency’s partners and to meet with our staff and team at the transitional home.  I know many of our Ethiopia families are still anxious for more information regarding the rumors about the government slowing down their processing of families.  Our agency is continuing to work with local officials to discern what, if any, actual changes have been made and we’re continuing to advocate that international adoption remain a viable options for Ethiopia’s children so long as these children cannot be reunited with their birthfamilies or placed domestically for adoption.

I’m still excited about our newest Honduras adoption program.  One of the great things about Honduras is how close in proximity it is to the United States.  If you haven’t had an opportunity to read about this program – check out our website or call our office directly and speak with our staff.
