Titus needs a forever family!

Titus is a precious 5-year-old boy who lives in a foster home with several siblings. They are all very close—that is obvious in how they care for one another and help each other. This little guy has no problem communicating his needs with a combination of simple ASL signs and a few words. He understands English and can follow instructions, put on his shoes, and scribble on paper. Titus has Down Syndrome, postoperative anal atresia, and postoperative heart defect, but his personality is what you notice first! He is happy, outgoing, and playful! We are hoping the perfect family adopts Titus soon.

We had a team meet Titus last Fall and provide new photos and assessment notes on him and we also have several updates from his foster home. These are available for a family reviewing his file.
