We are blessed to have Les and the experience he brings to guide the financial and business operations of America World. Like Les, many of the AW staff members have a personal connection to adoption and orphancare. Whether or not we ourselves are in a position to adopt, it is a privilege to carry out God's command to protect the fatherless by working behind the scenes to make adoption possible for others.
