Storytellers in China: Changing the Lives of Orphans

As the year comes to a close, our final Storyteller China team is finishing up their week at one of our partner orphanages in southern China. The week has been full as the team watched the children perform in a show , took the children on a field trip to a local park (even the bus ride is a fun event for these kiddos), ate a picnic lunch, worked on “handicrafts†with the kids, made dumplings, laughed, played and prayed over each child.

The team has also been able to spend some time assessing the needs of the children, adding important information and photos to the children’s files and connecting with potential adoptive families to answer questions and share about the fun personalities of each of these precious ones.
