Siblings in Ecuador Wait for a Family
Have you ever considered adopting siblings? America World’s Ecuador program is a great option for those interested in adopting siblings or older children. Individual children and sibling groups of all ages are currently waiting to be matched, and we would love to match a waiting child or sibling group with your family!
Today, we’d like to take a moment to introduce you to a sibling group of four who are currently living together and have developed a healthy attachment to their caregivers. All four children are diagnosed as healthy and range in age from four to thirteen. The three oldest children are working to become fluent in English and currently understand English at an intermediate level.
While we would love to place this sibling group together to maintain their family bond, Ecuador has stated that Mike may be placed with Val. Their two older sisters, Risa and Mila, may be placed together as a sibling set due to their age difference and since the older sisters spend the most time together and are less involved in the younger siblings’ activities.
Let’s take a moment to learn a little more about Val, Mike, Mila, and Risa!
Val
Val is an adorable four-year-old girl who loves to play with dolls like most little girls her age. She can converse very well with those she interacts with. She loves the color red and likes to eat soup.
Mike
Mike is a handsome young boy who recently turned 9 years old and loves to play basketball. Like many children, one of his favorite foods is pizza. He is currently in the fourth grade and is known to be a very dedicated student. He is known to be very respectful of his teachers and loves math. He has been diagnosed with ADHD and currently takes medication.
Risa
Risa is a beautiful girl who recently turned 11. She loves anything that is pink and enjoys watching The Little Mermaid. She often spends her free time painting or hanging out with her older sister. She is known to have an outgoing personality and is very sociable.
Mila
Beautiful 13-year-old Mila is a skilled soccer player who enjoys outdoor activities. She also enjoys drawing and loves to eat hot dogs. She continues to be a devoted student at school and states that math is her favorite subject. Mila and Risa are very close friends and currently share a room.
The ideal family for these children will demonstrate flexibility, patience, and understanding and be willing to work through their history of trauma and related challenges with grace and love. Additional photos and videos are also available. Any family interested in learning more about this sibling group should visit our waiting child photo listings to read more.
