Kids Can Help Too! An Inspiring Story of 2 Girls Who Made an Impact

In June of this year, two Washington state girls wanted to make a difference. They decided to set up a lemonade stand to raise money for America World’s impact projects in Ethiopia. Their one-day-only business raised $50!

These sweet girls inspired many that day and additional donations came in to support America World’s Ethiopia initiatives.

Matthew 18:3 says “unless you change and become like a little child you will never enter the kingdom of Heaven.”

The generosity and hard-working spirit of these ambitious little girls inspire all of us to do what we can with our resources, no matter how small. Little is much when we all work together for the good of those who desperately need our support and care.

From caring for orphans overseas to training and counseling adoptive families – America World relies solely on the generosity of donors to help fund many of our programs. Over the past two years, America World has helped bring home more than 200 children, a large percentage of these precious kids have medical or special needs and are now receiving the support and care they need!
