San Salvador, March 31st, 2009
I hope you are doing well, my dear friends in the Lord. As I said before, it been a time for very big changes in El Salvador, but I am always trusting that all that is happening is for good. Elections were held here in El Salvador a few weeks ago and there will be a change in leadership when the new elected officials take office in June. I don’t really know what the new policy of the government will be until they take office in June, but so far it sounds like they will be supportive of international adoption.
Next week there is going to be a REUION CONJUNTA, and a couple of our families are going, so let’s pray they get approve without any difficulty.
Our CEO, BRIAN LUWIS came to El Salvador this week, he is working in a big project to help all the kids in the orphanages, to take them out of that place and place them in a family which is where all the kids belong, he is working with a Salvadorean NGO, and also inviting the El Salvador government to move forward in this matter, so I need to ask you to pray for this project , so our Lord take the control and make this happen in the best way.
