Dear  Families:

I hope you are doing well.  Here in El Salvador, everything  looks the same, we are still waiting for a Procurador. The good thing is when that happens we are going to have more dossiers approved because  the new two psychologists at OPA are moving many of our dossiers who were waiting.
So, please be well and confident that everything is for a reason and for good.
