Russia – Referrals Accepted and Traveling Families

Congratulations to two America World families; one who accepted the referral for an older girl and another family who accepted a young boy, both from Nizhny Novgorod!  We ask for prayer for these families as they prepare to travel for trip one and for other families who are currently in Russia; meeting their children and finalizing their adoptions.
Almost all recent referrals have been boys, and we expect this trend to continue as Russian officials continue to tell us that there are very few young girls available. 

Families who are interested in adopting boys are strongly encouraged to apply for America World’s Russia program.
