Russia Post Adoption Reports

On Tuesday, July 25, 2013 the United States Deptartment of State
issued an adoption alert regarding the submission of Post Adoption Reports to
Russia. You can read that information here.

Families who completed their adoptions from Russia through
America World should continue to submit their annual reports to our agency for
submission to the Russian Federation. Families who did not complete an adoption
through America World, but who still need to submit post adoption reports to
the country should refer to the Dept of State adoption alert with instructions
on where to send finalized reports.

Russia requires post adoption reports completed by a social
worker to be submitted annually for the first three years after the adoption is
finalized. We strongly encourage all post adoptive families to continue to
comply with these requirements.
