Please Check Junk Email and Spam Filters

Due to the amount of weekly emails that are sent to families, we would like to remind families to check their Junk Mail and Spam Filter settings to make sure that you are receiving emails from our staff. Because of our new database and the new links we are using to send PDF documents to some families, it is important that you make sure your email account is set to allow emails from America World to be received . Email providers such as yahoo or other internet based accounts will often label emails as spam when such links are provided in the body of the email.

Families should be sure to add their Family Coordinator’s email address or email addresses ending in @awaa.org  to their “safe list†in order to be sure that your family is receiving all email correspondence.

It is important that your family continues to receive any weekly or other types of email correspondence that relates to your particular adoption program.  Families who have not been receiving emails, should check their spam filters and contact their Family Coordinator.
