New Maryland Welcoming Angels information sessions

It was exciting to meet and talk with those who attended October information sessions for Welcoming Angels, the new international orphan hosting ministry, being launched in Maryland.  There is still time to attend an information session in November 2010.  Please check out the events page (listed under “All Adoption Events” near the bottom of the page) on the America World website for more details.

As mentioned in an earlier blog post, we are looking for volunteer professionals to provide pro bono medical and dental services for the children traveling to Maryland in February 2011.  If you would be interested in helping out with this need please contact Mary Noble, Welcoming Angels Hosting Director, at mary.noble@awaa.org.
