Ministry Update: Uganda, your support is life-giving!

Today we want to say thank you, again, to every person and family that has said yes to stepping out and financially supporting the mission of America World. Our mission is to build families according to God’s design of adoption while caring for orphaned children for whom adoption is not an option. Your direct response and involvement in the second part of our mission has and will continue to save lives.
