“Samantha” is an 11-year old girl adopted in August 2015, and is in need of forever family. "Samantha" is described as being very social and outgoing, and enjoys learning and going to school. Some of her favorite activities include dancing, listening to music, and doing crafts. She is reportedly increasing in her English skills, is independent and takes very good care of herself and likes to keep a clean room. She is also reported to be healthy and not currently on any medications.
"Samantha’s" family believes she will do best with mature parents who have experience raising children, enjoys doing activities and who have the time and ability to provide lots of attention. They believe she will thrive in a family where she is the oldest or youngest child by several years, and where one of the parents can be home full time. It is important for "Samantha" to have a strong sense of belonging and a clear role in her family.
