Loving Ambassador Child: Meet “Nolan”

Nolan is a talented, active, helpful, and kind 13-year old boy who loves learning and exploring.  He has a strong determination to succeed and is optimistic and energetic. His caretakers note that he performs well in school (though is often hard on himself), gets along easily with others, and that his actions and abilities show that he is quite clever!  He can throw and catch a ball and draw detailed cartoon drawings, and he enjoys playing games (like Chinese ping pong and soccer), running, listening to music, and is especially fond of cars.  Nolan is independent and not only takes care of himself well but is very helpful to his caretakers in cleaning and helping with a number of tasks.  He is described as a lovely child who is well-liked by everyone!

A Loving Ambassador team visited Nolan in September 2019 and noted that he is brave, nurturing, compassionate, sensitive, and helpful.  Team members specified that they “witnessed numerous occasions where (Nolan) shared with the younger children.  He would redirect the younger children and help the nannies.  He was seen communicating in sign to a little girl who was deaf.  He was seen holding and playing with the little children.  (He was) amazing with little children and would be a great older brother.”   Though Nolan’s file notes a urogenital condition, he was checked by a physician on the Loving Ambassador team, who noted no other health issues and described him as “an amazing child who was playful and active.”  Nolan ages out in January 2020 and needs a home soon!
