Love Without Boundaries Partnership – Donations for China Surgeries
One of our partner orphanages in the Gansu province of China has asked for assistance to provide cleft surgeries for four young boys in their care. We are seeking to raise the funds necessary as the surgical team at Love Without Boundaries has agreed to provide the surgeries for each of the four children at a cost of $1900 per surgery. This cost will cover the surgery itself, the full hospital stay, expenses for having a caregiver for each child, and the travel expenses for both the child and caregiver. All 4 boys have passed the minimum weight for surgery and the surgery can be scheduled as soon as the funding is in place.
Early intervention and surgery for cleft children is very important, both to facilitate feeding (decreasing early malnutrition), but most importantly to support normal speech. Would you please consider making a financial donation to help us provide these important surgeries for these four boys? Any donation amount is appreciated. We hope to raise $7,600 to cover all four surgeries and we cannot do this without your generosity and support.
