Indian Waiting Child: “Vera” is Waiting

“Vera” is a sweet girl who just celebrated her 2nd birthday. She has dark curly hair and big eyes. She is described as cute, physically active and plays well with other children. She has mild cerebral palsy (CP) and vision impairment for which she wears glasses. Despite her CP, she can already run, climb and speak in 2-word sentences like other children her age.

Most individuals with cerebral palsy have normal intelligence. CP is not a condition that worsens, but with therapy and treatment, symptoms can be well managed. There are many children in India with CP waiting for forever families. Please pray with us that many families will come forward to adopt these precious children who deserve loving forever families. Please share “Vera’s” story.
