India Waiting Child: “Toni” Needs a Forever Family
“Toni†is a precious 8-year old girl with a squint in one eye. She attends school regularly and is currently in the 3rd grade. Her care takers describe her as active, sensitive and shy; though she loves playing with the girls her age.
There are many older children with very minor/repairable special needs that are in need of a loving home.
