India Waiting Child: “Rita” Needs a Forever Family
“Rita†is a cute 2-year-old girl waiting in India for her forever family.
She was born with only two digits on each of her hands and missing toes on both feet. “Rita†is receiving early intervention services and is able to sit independently on the floor, has started crawling and can even walk while holding on to a caregiver. She can hold onto objects by using her digits from both hands.
She likes being with other children and loves cuddles. She comprehends Tamil and is starting to understand simple English phrases and words. She has no apparent mental delays and is described as curious, affectionate and feisty.
Please pray with us that a family who can provide her with ongoing medical care and love would soon bring her home.
