India Waiting Child: “Phoebe” Needs a Forever Family

“Phoebe†is a 6-year old girl with a history of seizures probably caused by a defect in her skull. She has mild developmental delays and some mild tightness on her left side. Despite the odds, beautiful “Phoebe†is otherwise developing normally and has started school. She speaks Hindi and Marathi, responds well to staff and is described as happy and obedient.
