India Waiting Child: “Kelly”

 

Kelly is a sweet 13-year-old girl with short, dark hair who is HIV+ and receiving treatment. It is also noted that her growth is stunted and that she is underweight for her age. She is described as being a slow learner.

Otherwise, Kelly is in good health mentally and physically. She has a positive level of activity and is described by her caretakers as happy and content. She enjoys playing structured games with her friends.
