India Waiting Child: “Karson” Needs a Forever Family

“Karson” is a cute 11-month old boy. He has Erb’s Palsy of the left upper limb. He has a big smile and is described as happy and content. Erb’s palsy is a congenital condition that can be managed with physical therapy and sometimes surgery. “Karson” is one of many baby boys waiting for a forever family.
