India Waiting Baby: “Piper” Needs a Family

India Waiting Baby: “Piper” Needs a Family

Beautiful baby “Piper” is almost 2-years-old. She has brown hair and big brown eyes. She was born prematurely with low birth weight and has hypertonia and spasticity in all four limbs. She’s described as active and joyful. She is able to sit on her own, crawl and even stand with support. She is currently receiving physical therapy.

There are many children of all ages with movement disorders waiting for families. Many of these children have normal mental development and their muscle weakness can be controlled with medication and physical therapy. Please continue to share our stories and pray with us that many families would come forward to adopt children with needs such as “Piper’s”.

This is a shared referral. For more information on “Piper” or other waiting children in India, please contact India@awaa.org.
