India Waiting Baby: Happy “Hailey” Needs a Family
“Hailey†is a 1 year old baby girl who was born with Down syndrome. She has a precious sweet smile and her caretakers describe her as happy and friendly.
Though people with Down syndrome are at an increased risk for certain medical conditions (congenital heart defects, respiratory and hearing problems, etc.) advances in health care and treatment of these conditions have allowed individuals with Down syndrome to lead healthy lives. We see many waiting children with Down syndrome and currently in need of new families who are willing to adopt a child with Down Syndrome.
