India Program Updates

Congratulations to the 4 families who received referrals in November and December and the 4 families who have traveled in the past two months to bring home their children from India! AW staff recently visited Delhi for a few weeks and met with CARA and orphanages to discuss adoption cases. We are thankful for all the hard work and partnerships of many people that work on behalf of the families and children in India. We continue to work within the CARINGS database to try to match referrals with families.

There are children with various medical needs waiting for families. Recently, we have seen children with down syndrome. We encourage all families to continue research and training, whether a prospective or current adoptive family.
