It has come to our attention that some families are not receiving important correspondence from America World’s staff. It is very important to us that we are communicating with your family. Families who are using sbcglobal.net as their provider have been most common to not receive emails, although other email providers have been noted to have issues as well. Any family who is not receiving the usual correspondence that is outlined by their current adoption program, should contact their internet service provider. Families who contact their internet provider should request that our domain “ awaa.org “ be added to their universal safe senders list. Oftentimes, internet providers may recognize certain email addresses as spam.
Please be sure to contact your internet service provider if you feel that you are not receiving emails from America World. It is also very important that you contact your Family Coordinator if you change email addresses, so that the change of information for your family may be updated in our database and any applicable emails may be sent to your family on a regular basis. We appreciate your assistance with this as we seek to serve your family.
