Hugo is waiting for his forever family!

Meet Handsome Hugo, a sweet and active 5 ½ year old boy who knows his shapes, colors, can count to ten, and write simple Chinese characters. Hugo responds well to instructions, likes to communicate with his friends in the orphanage about the plot of cartoons, and can speak 5-10 word sentences. He was originally diagnosed at age three with the need for more strength training and speech therapy. While he can certainly walk independently, he often loses his balance and is not as steady on his feet at times. He has an abnormal gait when walking (file notes disabled right foot), a hand deformity (clawhand), and burn scars on his head and back. His file also indicates that he may have a hydrocele or possible hernia.
