Hiring: Family Coordinator

We are hiring! AW is seeking an individual to work as a Family Coordinator to assist families with their adoptions.

The position involves case management and providing administrative support to a large caseload of adoptive families. The Family Coordinator will also assist with AWAA’s courier program and with daily administrative duties related to adoption processes.

Applicants must feel a calling to be involved with the mission of international adoption, have strong communication and multitasking skills, be enthusiastic about providing customer service to our clients, be well-organized and pay close attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required; two-three years work experience desired.

The qualified candidate is a committed believer in Jesus Christ as revealed in the Bible, preferably possessing a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field. International experience preferred.
