Haiti Update

The IBESR held a meeting for Crèche Directors yesterday at the Ministry of Social Affairs. Our Haiti Program Coordinator attended the meeting in Haiti. During the meeting, it was announced that the IBESR is extending the deadline to accept dossiers under the old procedures until November 3rd. This is wonderful news for families that were unable to submit their dossiers by the September 15th deadline. We will continue to work diligently to get families' dossiers prepared and submitted to the IBESR. Praise God for this extension. It is a blessing to many families in the adoption process in Haiti.
