Christmas is now over and we look forward to the New Year of 2020.

It’s so easy for this time of year to become a rushed checklist of things to do and things to buy. We find ourselves shopping, decorating and scurrying to parties… and somehow missing out on the joy and hope this season truly brings. The joy that began long ago when God came down to us in the form of a tiny baby boy, Jesus. 

In Jesus, every promise of God is fulfilled. Jesus, born into the most humble circumstances brought life-changing, the good news of great joy, for all people, everywhere. And in Him, that same hope and abundant joy are still available to us today. 

With your support and prayers, America World has seen nearly 5,000 children come home to forever families. Additionally,  thousands of orphaned and vulnerable children have been given hope through the many partnerships we link arms with throughout the world. Abundant joy… abundant hope… only possible through Jesus working in and through all of us.

Our prayer is that during this time of year, our hearts will discover great joy and hope as we remember the gift we’ve been given in Jesus. We love because He first loved us.
