Family Needed: Meet “Kaya”
Kaya is a very pretty 9-year-old girl who has long, dark hair and a shy smile. She had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in 2014 and is doing well.
She can identify her ABC’s and is able to write the alphabet. She can also write numbers 1-10 with some help. She attends school and receives tutoring.
Kaya’s speech has improved a great deal but it is noted that she would benefit from speech therapy. She communicates in both English and Telugu words as well as simple sign language since her speech can be difficult to understand.
Kaya is observant and can be reserved when meeting new people but she does slowly warm up. She enjoys playing with her friends and has a wonderful imagination! She invites her friends to play with her.
