Exciting News from Ukraine

America World received the exciting news that Ukraine has lifted the quota!  America World will now be able to submit dossiers at any time to Ukraine.  We expect that if a new family completes and submits their dossier before the summer there is a good chance to finish the process in 2009!  It may be possible to receive healthier children who are 3 years or above and there are more boys available for adoption than girls in Ukraine.
