Ethiopia Program Update
The month of October was a slow month for referrals from Ethiopia, as our transition home was already so full of precious little ones that there was hardly room to take any more in. During the month of October all of our referrals were of older children. Please find below the list of these children and the DTE dates of the families.

Please note that because these were all waiting children referrals the wait time between DTE to Referral date was very short. Because all of these families received referrals of waiting children, the wait time was short. A typical wait time that we can expect to see for waiting children can be between 0-3months or at times longer depending on what a family is open to.
The current wait time for an infant boy and an infant girl is around 7-9months. This is the trend that we have seen for the past couple of months, but this is always subject to change.
We look forward to seeing what the Lord has in store for the Ethiopia program during the month of November as we are sending children home with their new forever families and bring new children into our transition home in Ethiopia.
