America World: Child Protection in Ethiopia

This year, America World celebrates 25 years of caring for vulnerable children and assisting families in their adoptions.

America World is known for its excellent service in international adoption, but many of our families do not realize that we are equally active in orphan care—caring for those who wait & for those who are not able to be adopted.

America World provides mission trips to care for orphans and vulnerable children in several countries. One of those trips to Ethiopia earlier this year shows how our teams are serving in orphanages and letting those children know that someone loves them and is praying for them.

We need your help with the work we do to give hope to these vulnerable children. Child protection is so vitally important in our world as many who cannot learn a trade, get an education, or get support from their families will end up in prostitution and child trafficking.  Believers are called to step in to protect and care for the least of these.
