Ethiopia Mid-February to Mid-March referrals
We are excited to announce 11 Ethiopia referrals that have been issued over the past month! Below is the list of these children and the DTE dates of the families. Please keep in mind some of these referrals may be sibling sets, children with special needs, or waiting children. (“Paperchasing†means these families accepted referrals for children on the Waiting Children’s List but have not yet submitted their dossiers.)

Infants: Approximately 0-18 months
Toddlers: Approximately 19-47 months
Recent referral trends continue to indicate that the wait time for an infant male is 5-8 months, while the wait time for a female infant is 7-11 months. This trend is based on recent history, but is subject to change.
