Ethiopia Link on US Department of State Website

The US Department of State posted a new link on their website today regarding visa processing for children adopted from Ethiopia. America World closely monitors all adoption announcements and works closely with the US Embassy in Ethiopia to ensure all children referred to AWAA families have the appropriate documentation required for them to obtain a US visa. The US Department of State’s last post with information regarding visa processing in Ethiopia was shared in our blog post in August and can be read here.

America World currently has 7 families in Ethiopia completing their visa appointments for 9 children. These families will be returning to the US this weekend along with their children. Please keep this group in your prayers as they prepare to travel home with their children.
