Ethiopia: “George” Needs a Special Family

“George†was adopted from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in August 2010. He is a healthy 14-year old child who is currently in the 9th grade. “George†has a good work ethic and math is his favorite subject. In his spare time he loves to play board games and sports, he likes to go hiking, snowboarding and running, and working on art projects. He is a gifted artist and has a great sense of humor.  

“George†has disclosed significant abuse and trauma from his past and is currently receiving treatment at a residential facility.  His current adoptive family truly believes he can and will thrive in a family, however, he needs a loving and attentive family with no other children in the home or where he is the youngest child.
