This month, some of you involved in our Eternal Family Program received donation confirmations for donations that were made several months ago. First and foremost, we would like to apologize for this delay as it does not measure up to our goal of providing excellent customer service to our families.
We have recently been in the process of implementing process and staff changes in the Development Department, which contributed to a backlog in confirmation letters. Our staff has been working diligently to address those that fell through the cracks as a result of this backlog. New processes are now in place, and you should expect to receive timely confirmations of donations made moving forward.
