DC Chinese Embassy Change in Visa Processing Policy
America World would like to inform families in the China program who are in or nearing the travel stage that there has been a change in the Visa processing policy at the DC Chinese Embassy. Effective immediately, families must submit their visa application to the Visa Office of the Embassy or Consulate-General which has consular jurisdiction over that family’s resident state. This means that the DC Chinese Embassy will only be processing Visa application for the following states:
- Washington DC
- Delaware
- Idaho
- Kentucky
- Maryland
- Montana
- Nebraska
- North Carolina
- North Dakota
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
- Tennessee
- Utah
- Virginia
- West Virginia
- Wyoming
