Meet “Noah”: He Needs a Forever Family
Noah was abandoned at 1 month old and is described as an active, cheerful little boy with a ready smile and sweet disposition. He expresses his emotions and communicates clearly and is well-loved by all of his caretakers. When a caretaker arrives, he actively greets them, and he laughs happily when they play with him.
He has a healthy appetite and sleeps independently through the night. Though he cannot bend his elbows or knees, due to deformity of his limbs, Noah does not let this slow him down! He moves around and plays happily with other children. He especially enjoys kicking a rubber ball with an older boy and being swung and thrown high by his caretakers. He is described as being easy to please and happy every day!
