Hear From “Jackson’s” Foster Mom in China
Jackson (previously called “Dakota”), is a smiley 5-year old little boy. He has been living with a foster family to this point, who formed an extra special bond with him and have been advocating for him over the last several years. Jackson had cataracts in both eyes, but his foster family was able to arrange for him to have surgery to correct his vision and also helped to resolve some lung issues early in his life.
Jackson recently transitioned from the foster home to the orphanage and they hope to see him matched with a forever family as this sweet little boy who has been so special to them and has come so far! Please read his foster mother’s plea:
“Jackson, from blindness to seeing because we were able to raise money, find resources, and arrange surgery. You have been in my arms for four years from severe mental delays to playing and singing and running and laughing. From little to standing as tall as I sit. I hope more people will see past your delays and see the potential in you; that they will be like me and fall in love with you. I love you with my eyes wide open. I hope more and more people will see you. You were abandoned but I hope the community will give you more hugs. My heartache can not be calmed for a long time.”
Please help us find a forever home for this little boy who is so dearly loved!
Please take a few minutes to consider how God would have you be a part of helping this precious child, whether that is through praying, advocating, or inquiring to learn more.
